Biodiesel Handling Facility

Project Description

The client aimed to establish a biodiesel facility for offloading, storage, reclamation, and blending with traditional diesel (B5 to B20).

Project Scope

Sacré-Davey's role extended to detailed design and multi-disciplinary engineering, addressing process, mechanical, and structural components. P&ID development and asset audits were pivotal for repurposing existing equipment, and 3-D scanning enabled strategic design of bolt-in spools, reducing field welds and accelerating construction.
