Project Description

Sacré-Davey, operating in the third person, was engaged to conduct a comprehensive study and provide a capital cost estimate for a water treatment system. The objective was to capture and recover the boiler water treatment system and blowdown waste, utilizing them as boiler feedwater to eliminate liquid discharge.

Project Scope

The scope of the study and engineering encompassed developing a water balance for the entire facility, selecting appropriate processes and equipment, and providing specifications and budgetary pricing for multiple equipment skids. This included considerations for a new building, interconnecting piping, foundations, and road access.
