Bakery Decommission
This project involved decommissioning of the manufacturing plant and distribution center, and building repairs and modifications. The project achieved all defined objectives, and was completed under budget. SDE provided Engineering expertise and managed the project from concept to completion, including:
Scope definition and cost estimating, through discussions with client and negotiations with the landlord.
Removal of the equipment for use in other facilities, for resale, or for scrap.
Building repairs and modifications as per agreed upon scope with client and landlord.
Final reviews and approvals with client, landlord, and authorities.
