SDE saved $2,500,000 capital cost and reduced bleach plant shutdown schedules by approximately 3 maintenance days by developing a unique crane system for the removal of washer drums from the Number 2 bleach plant at Elk Falls.

Studied, Designed and Implemented changes to Prince Rupert Port Corporation which enabled an increase in bulk commodity shipping rates from 450 Tonne per hour to 900 Tonne per hour.

Studied, Designed, and Managed the Construction of a replacement 8000 USGPM fresh water intake system, which was, during winter conditions, previously prone to freezing, thereby saving the client millions attributable to downtime caused by lack of water, not to mention elimination of maintenance headaches.

Studied, Designed and Implemented changes to grain terminal cleaner batteries resulting in increased performance and throughput from 60 Tonne per hour to 120 Tonne per hour.
