Sacré-Davey provided complete engineering, project management, and procurement services for a Fondant Icing production line expansion.

The final design included strategic replacement of aging equipment combined with new equipment to allow for continuous production and pack-out with a 250% increase in throughput.  Plant infrastructure improvements include two new 10,000 gallon bulk ingredient storage tanks and automated ingredient delivery systems.
