All Weather Loading Study
Project Description:
For this all weather scoping study, Sacré-Davey designed a system to allow loading of product during all weather conditions at the port. Numerous requirements presented themselves such as:
Ensuring that the system designed will accommodate all vessel configurations and hatch designs seen at the berth
The hatches can be filled to the required level and sequencing accounted for
Appropriate allowances for cleaning and maintenance
Berthing
Structural design of the cover.
To satisfy all of these requirements, we designed an innovative proprietary solution that included conveyors, a tripper, a ship loader, and a cover.
